Santa. Caught on your camera.

1. What HoHoCam is

HoHoCam is an iPhone app that takes a photo you provide and generates a still image or a short clip styled like night security-camera footage with Santa in it. It is a novelty for families. It does not connect to, record from or control any real camera.

2. Who can use it

Anyone can use the app, but you must be 18 or older to buy credits (or have the permission of the adult who owns the Apple ID). If you are a parent, you are responsible for how the images are shown to and used with your children.

3. Credits and purchases

Credits are consumable in-app purchases sold through Apple’s App Store. One credit makes one photo, which comes as two takes. A 5-second clip uses 5 credits.
Credits never expire. There is no subscription.
Credits are only used when your footage is delivered. If making it fails, the credits go back to your balance automatically.
Your balance is kept on our server under the anonymous identifier of the app on your iPhone. Credits cannot be transferred, exchanged for money or shared through Family Sharing. If you delete the app or move to a new phone, the balance is not restored automatically — email us with your App Store order ID and we will look into it.
Prices are shown in the App Store in your local currency and may change. Changes never affect credits you already own.

4. Refunds

Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple refunds a purchase, the corresponding credits are removed from your balance. If something went wrong on our side — for example credits that never arrived — email bozapps2026@gmail.com and we will put it right.

5. Your images

The images you create are yours. You can save, print, share and post them for personal, family and non-commercial use without asking us. We claim no ownership of your photos or of the frames generated from them. The Santa in them is generated by AI and does not depict a real person.

6. Things you must not do

Present a HoHoCam image as genuine evidence of an event — to the police, an insurer, a court, a landlord, an employer, the press, or anyone else who might act on it. It is a novelty image; treat it as one.
Use images to deceive, harass, defame or impersonate anyone, or in any way that is unlawful where you are.
Upload photos you do not have the right to use, or photos of people who have not agreed to appear in them.
Reverse-engineer the app or the service, or use them to build a competing product.

We may refuse to process a photo that appears to violate these rules, and may suspend access for serious or repeated violations.

7. Availability

Generation depends on third-party services and can be slow or briefly unavailable, especially on December 24. We do our best but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Credits you own are never lost because of downtime.

8. No warranty, limited liability

HoHoCam is provided “as is”. Results vary with the photo you provide. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for anything connected with the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

9. Apple

The app is distributed through the App Store. Where these terms are silent, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

10. Trademarks

HoHoCam is not affiliated with Ring, Nest or any camera or doorbell brand. Any brand names are the property of their owners.

11. Changes and contact
